My Explorer is a Windows program that solves the problem of viewing internet sites on a regular basis that may change regularly. For example, you might want to catch up with various news web sites. Normally this involves navigating to each individually and reviewing the information.
With My Explorer, each category (the top level of tabs) holds within it all the web sites you would visit for that category (for example news).
The second advantage this has is that all the sites under that tab are loaded in one go. Thus, having viewed the first web site, you can visit the other tabs under that category and the pages have already loaded. Furthermore you can have each page update on a regular interval.
The software is free, and I have tested it pretty well. Of course if something doesn't please you please drop me a note using the "Send a comment" link in the left hand menu.

Note: My Explorer was written about 3 years ago. These days browsers have caught up (well nearly - My Explorer allows two layers of tabs which you can't do in the mainstream browsers).
Nowadays Firefox allows tabbed browsing and it's also in IE7 - however if you downloaded this a while back, thanks for your visionary thinking!
